The REALS SA evaluation will include components of both a design and implementation evaluation. The purpose of the evaluation is to understand if the REALS SA project was designed and implemented in a way that contributed meaningfully to achieving the intended outcomes and to inform future programming in order to make an impact on these outcomes more likely.
