Evaluation of the Programme to Provide Post-Emergency Assistance to Displaced Groups and Receptor Communities in Colombia

The objective of the report is to evaluate IOM's overall performance and achievements during the first year of implementation of the programme, including recommendations for a viable exit strategy, and to assess IOM strategy for delivering post-emergency and transitional assistance to internally displaced populations.
