Evaluation of the Livelihood Programmes in Mapou and Cape Haitian, Haiti

The objective of the report is to evaluate the impact of the Oxfam food security projects in Mapou and Cape Haitian and to examine how and if the project objectives, accountability to stakeholdersand expected results were achieved; to contribute to the Learning Workshop on the Humanitarian Scale-up in Haiti; to contribute to the finalization of Oxfam Cash Transfer Guidelines; to document successful experiences that would help Oxfam surmount donor reservations on cash transfer programmes in Haiti and in the Caribbean.
