Evaluation of the Food Aid and Food Security Emergency Intervention of 2002-2003 in Aftout and Affole Areas

The objective of the report is to review the emergency food aid/food security intervention with a focus on the lessons learned for Oxfam GB, partners and communities in terms of programme appraisal, planning and preparation, implementation strategy and interaction of the different stakeholders.
