This report presents the findings from an evaluation of Sida’s humanitarian assistance from 2005–2010, with a particular focus on 2008–2010 as the period of implementation for the current humani- tarian strategy. The evaluation focused on Sida’s strategy, organisation and management as well as mechanisms and channels for funding. Sida’s main aim in undertaking this evaluation is to inform the revision of the humanitarian assistance strateg y for Sida.
