Evaluation of Oxfam's Humanitarian Intervention During the 'Afghanistan Crisis'

The objective of the report is to critically review Oxfam Afghanistan's health, nutrition and food programming; to assess progress toward developing a food security monitoring system and its role in programming decisions; and to review and analyse Oxfam's advocacy for increased food aid delivery and call for a 'pause in the bombing'.
