Evaluation of GOAL's ECHO-funded Health Intervention in North Katanga, Democratic Republic of Congo

GOAL has been active with a multi-sector humanitarian programme in North Katanga since August 2002. This evaluation of its ECHO-financed health programme in Manono, Mulongo and Kiambi health zones, during its third programme cycle, was carried out by an external consultant who visited the field between 23 September and 4 October 2005. Key limitations of the evaluation were the lack of a face-to-face interview with senior GOAL staff in Goma and lack of interview with the ECHO liaison person.
