Objectives: To evaluate the relevance and effectiveness of Dipecho actions in Central Asia; to assess the level of coverage of financed, interventions, the impact and results of the interventions, the level of efficiency of implementation methodologies, the sustainability factor. This report also provides a review of best practices of Dipecho and lessons learnt by participating organisations.
