Ethiopia 2005 Seed Voucher Project Response Evaluation

The purpose of this study was to assess the performance and impact of the 2005 seed voucher project, review the accomplishments achieved so far, and document lessons of experience. The study was based on a combination of secondary and primary data sources including community focus group discussions, interview with beneficiaries and seed vendors.
