From a food security and livelihoods perspective, the Syrian population is coping with combined impacts of rising prices, depleted household resources and disruption to livelihood activities, all of which undermine their ability to meet basic needs. GOAL, the lead agency for the food sector response in Idleb governorate, has been running large cross-border programs in Northern Syria since 2013.
