Cyclone and Flood Response Programme Phase One Final Report

This report covers phase one of ActionAid-Mozambique’s cyclone and flood response programme for the period February to early December, 2000. It details the activities carried out funded by DEC and other donors. It also tries to assess the appropriateness and impact of these responses on the lives of the flood and cyclone victims. In some cases it is too early to assess impact properly and monitoring will continue in 2001 during phase two of this programme.
