The “Consolidate Protection Assistance Services to Vulnerable Migrants Along Migratory Routes in Egypt” (CASE) project took place from 1 December 2017 to 31 December 2019 (24 months) as Work Package 3 of the Regional Development and Protection Programme for North Africa (RDPP NA) Phase 2, funded by the European Commission with a €2 million budget. The RDPP NA aims to improve the protection of refugees and migrants and provide alternatives to the risks of irregular migration by facilitating dignified living conditions and opportunities. At the same time, the project supports the welfare of host societies by promoting their empowerment and resilience.1
