The objectives can be summarised as follows:1. Review programme's achievement since the last mission, in particular assess how the recommendations were implemented. 2. Review programme's impact on NSs, how these were affected through the programme's activity, in sectors as important as capacity building, health and disaster preparedness. 3. Make recommendations for the future of the programme. The mission must be concerned with the long term sustainability of the programme, and recommendations should be realistic. 4. to look at the request forwarded by both the Moldova RC and Embassy in Minsk to provide screening to Chernobyl Liquidators living in Moldova.
