Objectives: To provide DG ECHO with a multi-regional evaluation of its activities in the health sector, draw conclusions and provide recommendations at strategic and operational level through: the analysis of all stages of the decision making process allpied by DG ECHO in deciding upon which partners and which activities to fund, involving each of the operational units of DG ECHO and should cover the entire spectrum of financed health activities in all types of humanitarian crises; the assessment of the relevance, coverage, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainablility (if appropriate) and results achieved as well as the way the results have been achieved.
