Introduction
This report evaluates the functioning and experiences of the regional networks of the Red Cross and Red Crescent in the Central American and Caribbean regions. It has been carried out by an INTRAC team contracted by the Central America and the Caribbean Regional Delegation of the International Federation of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies.
Objectives of the evaluation
To assess the range of experiences of working in different networks from the point of view of all the stakeholders involved, with a view to providing practical recommendations and documenting lessons learnt to maximise the potential of these networks.
