A Joint DFID - WHO Review of EHA's Capacity Building Programme - Strengthening WHO's Public Health Coordination in Humanitarian Crises and High Risk Situations

The objective of the review is to measure the programme's impact within a regional context and in terms of decentralisation from HQ; to explore efficiency, timing, recruitment procedures, sustainability and DFID's role; to establish a transparent and constructive dialogue with WHO's key donors.
