The Zurich Flood Resilience Alliance is a multi-sectoral partnership focusing on finding practical ways to help communities in developed and developing countries strengthen their resilience to flood risk. The webinar will be based on the Year 2 Learning Report of the Alliance and presentations will focus on the key lessons that the report highlights: 

  1. ‘The role of knowledge in resilience’ - Karen MacClune, ISET-International
  2. ‘Flood Resilience Measurement for Communities as a foundational approach for building resilience’ – David Nash, Z Zurich Foundation
  3. ‘Resilience during crisis’ – Brenda Avila Flores, Mexican Red Cross

 

The presentations will be followed by a panel discussion and Q&A with our speakers.
