ALNAP Lessons Paper launch: Responding to earthquakes

Please join ALNAP and the Housing Recovery and Reconstruction Platform (HRRP) to launch a new ALNAP lessons paper capturing learning from earthquake response worldwide over the past decade, including the 2015 Nepal earthquake response. 
 
The paper is being launched, in both English and Nepali, at an event on 13 February at Dhokaima Café, Kathmandu. Starting at 10:00AM local time the launch will feature a presentation and Q&A with the paper’s author, Helene Juillard. It will also include presentations/commentary from stakeholders involved in the Nepal earthquake response, reflecting on the relevance of the newly published lessons for future earthquakes in Nepal and regionally. Light lunch will be served after the event.
