Do you have recent experience implementing, monitoring or evaluating the Humanitarian-Development-Peace (HDP) nexus? Join ALNAP and the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) on 22 September 2021 for an interactive peer learning event to share insights and learn from other practitioners.

The learning exchange will inform ALNAP’s new research project on designing robust approaches for evaluating the nexus, with a focus on sharing good practice.

The event will explore:

  • Discussions on how the HDP nexus is defined and what its measurement entails for both policymakers and operational actors
  • How to “unpack” the nexus concept for evaluation
  • Evaluation methods and approaches (including recent examples)
  • Key challenges to designing robust HDP Nexus evaluation frameworks

If you would you like to take part in this learning exchange event please register your interest by completing our event insights survey via the ‘register’ button on the sidebar.

The insights survey will help us understand the issues that are most important to you and tailor the workshop or any subsequent events to address these.

ALNAP will prioritise participants with recent experience to share and those willing to present or facilitate workshop sessions. The deadline to register your interest is Monday 6 September.

Participants who are selected to attend will be notified by email in early September.
