The purpose of this evaluation is to provide an independent assessment of a sample (n=10) of MSF’s Covid-19 DHP campaigns, which include Belgium, Brazil (Bahia), Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Greece (Moria), Guinea, Haiti, Palestine (Gaza), Indonesia, South Africa, and Zimbabwe. 

The evaluation was conducted between July and September 2021. The evaluation questions (EQ) are based on five criteria defined by the RE-AIM2 approach (reach, effectiveness, adoption, implementation, and maintenance).
