Real-time evaluation of the response to the Typhoons Ketsana and Parma in the Philippines and the West Sumatra earthquake in Indonesia in 2009

The primary purpose of the real-time evaluation (RTE) was to inform the development of clear disaster coordination and management roles and responsibilities within secretariat and between headquarters, zones and field structures and to inform the development of appropriate disaster coordination and management performance standards, and methods for future RTE’s of disaster operations.
