Animation | Improving monitoring in humanitarian action

This animation outlines ALNAP's most recent research on monitoring of humanitarian action. Following from a scoping paper on the subject, the ALNAP Secretariat consulted its Membership and identified issues in need of further research. These have now been addressed in three new papers: one focusing on monitoring outcomes, another on capturing and using qualitative data, and one looking into how M&E can better support project decision-making and learning.
