Independent Auditors' Report: Schedule of the Project 'Humanitarian Assistance to the Vulnerable' Implemented by the Belarus Red Cross Society

This is an independent audit report of the  schedule of the project “Humanitarian Assistance to the Vulnerable” implemented by the Belarus Red Cross Society as of June 30, 2009. Food parcels were procured in the project’s framework. These food parcels were distributed to vulnerable assisted by the Belarus Red Cross Society. The Belarus Red Cross covered the entire territory of the country with six regional (oblast, Minsk City and Railway (Minsk).
