This report presents the findings, conclusions and recommendations of an external evaluation of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent (IFRC) Global Alliance on HIV programme (HIV GA). The evaluation purpose was to assess to what extent the HIV GA framework mobilized capacities and resources to provide harmonized, effective support to National Societies (NSs) and partners for the achievement of their HIV programs within the framework of the IFRC‘s Global Agenda. The evaluation was commissioned by the IFRC Secretariat and was carried out between September 2012 and March 2013.
