During the ebola crisis, Bond - the membership organisation for UK-based NGOs working in international development - in partnership with the Start Network provided coordination support for mainly UK-based staff in relation to the ebola response, with funding from DFID. This report from Bond reflects on the experience, self-critically examining which aspects worked well and which did not. It may be of interest to staff working on inter-agency coordination at "HQ" level, particularly in relation to policy and advocacy work relating to crises.
