Great expectations: A review of the strategic use of resettlement

This review examines the origins, development and evolution of the Strategic Use of Resettlement (SUR) concept. The research was undertaken by an independent consultant, with thanks to Katy Long for her role in undertaking reviews of policy and academic literature, as well as participation in the Workshop and headquarters interviews for this review.
