This report, prepared is one of the three country reports (CAR, DRC, Sudan) of the Common
Humanitarian Fund (CHF) evaluation, for which a global synthesis report will be produced.

It assesses “how and to what extent has the CHF contributed to improvements in the
humanitarian community’s ability to address critical humanitarian needs in a timely and
effective manner” since its introduction in CAR end of 2008. It follows a two weeks mission
in CAR, which took place from the 6th till the 21 October 2010.
