Professionnaliser le Secteur: Proposition d’un Modèle de Certification pour les Organisations Humanitaires (Version Révisée)

This report reviews the basic obligations based on existing commitments, standards and best practices adopted by the humanitarian community. The model attempts to synthesize and to combine a universal framework. The revised version of the model tends to promote a more rigorous way to demonstrate the application of the fundamental obligations in human actions.
The revised evaluation framework defines a limited number of potential indicators to assess the
extent to which an organization meets the basic requirements.
