Evaluation of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs

As requested by the Committee for Programme and Coordination, the present evaluation report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS) is submitted to the Committee for consideration at its fifty-third session, in June 2013. The evaluation was conducted in accordance with the Regulations and Rules Governing Programme Planning, the Programme Aspects of the Budget, the Monitoring of Implementation and the Methods of Evaluation (ST/SGB/2000/8). It has also been prepared in compliance with the norms and standards of the United Nations Evaluation Group.
