In brief the twofold purpose of the Study was to gather and syntheslse NGO evaluations of development projects and programmes in order first to present data and informatlon on the Impact ofNGO development interventions and secondly, to review evaluatlon methods used. The draft final Report, prepared for the OECD/DAC EJl.port Group on evaluation, was completed in early April 1997.
