The evaluation of CIDA's Pakistan Program was undertaken to review performance in the implemtnation of the Program's Country Development Programming Framework (CDPF) 2001-2006. The evaluation is intended to assess the results achieved by CIDA-supported projects and programes, to provide lessons learned and to inform future programming, including the development of the Program's next CDPF.
