Scaling up and accessing HIV/AIDS prevention and support of services for OVC and PLWHA

The main objective of this evaluation was to assess the project performance in the areas of
planning, coordination and management (including networking and partnership with
different parties), capacity building (including training, resource mobilisation, and
advocacy) as well as care and support (including economic, medical, and social) and draw
lessons so as to scale up best practices for future interventions
