Objectives: To set out the basic understandings that guide UNHCR’s involvement in this policy domain; to identify those migration-related issues that are of direct relevance to UNHCR’s mandate for refugee protection and solutions, and to explain the primary concerns and objectives of the Office in each of these areas; to present the strategy that UNHCR is employing to attain these objectives.
