Tsunami Evaluation Coalition, Useful Literature Survey on the Tsunami Response

 The Tsunami Evaluation Coalition Evaluation Advisor and Coordinator prepared this summary of the Lessons, Issues, and Recommendations identified in other evaluations of the Tsunami response for the TEC thematic evaluation teams. This summary is intended to highlight some of the issues emerging in other evaluations by early November 2005, so that the TEC Thematic evaluation teams can consider these when preparing their own reports.
