Concept note for 20th ALNAP Meeting

The aim of the day is twofold. Firstly, to increase our collective understanding of some
of the key findings and challenges identified in the Tsunami Evaluation Coalition (TEC)
reports and ALNAP Reviews of Humanitarian Action (RHA). And secondly, to identify
policies and activities which address these challenges, and seek constructive ways to
engage with each other (and other elements of the humanitarian system) in order to
improve humanitarian response.
