Relief and Rehabilitation Mid-term Evaluation for the Mitch Programmes in Central America : Visit 2

This report outlines the main findings and recommendations arising from the second visit of the mid- term evaluation of the hurricane Mitch rehabilitation programme in Honduras, Nicaragua and El Salvador. The evaluation is being conducted as a learning process involving extensive and ongoing consultation and dialogue with Tearfund, partners and project beneficiaries. The purpose of this report to build onto the lessons learnt form Visit 1, and to put forward further recommendations for the final phase and eventual closure of the programme
