Evaluation of the month: External Evaluation of IAS and ADRA’s SMC/ Sida funded Humanitarian Programme in Northern Uganda

We thought you'd find IAS and ADRA's evaluation of a SMC/Sida funded Humanitarian Programme in Northern Uganda interesting because, through a working website, field notes as well as other evidence was shared as the evaluation process progressed. As they put it, you can "see the evaluation as it happened". Staff were interested in this approach, and stakeholders from many parts of the world followed the evaluation in real-time, drawing them into the complexity at field level. The evaluation became an opportunity for hands on training on topics such as blogging, mapping and open data management.
