Yemen crisis DEC appeal Phase II

In September 2018, Save the Children Yemen country office hired an experienced consultant to carry out a final evaluation for DEC phase 2 project, with the purpose to:

• assess the project's performance and achievements vis-a-vis the project's overall objectives, the project indicators in the logical framework;
• assess the effectiveness and the efficiency of the methodologies used throughout the project;
• generate lessons learned from the implementation of activities and the outcomes achieved;
• develop specific recommendations to guide future programme management and design.
