Facilitative Process Interventions in Groups - Organization Development: A Jossey-Bass Reader

Schein has developed a problem solving model which can be applied to the working environment. This article focuses on the 'task functions' aspect before proceeding to undertake an analysis of each stage in the process.The model itself is split into 2 cycles, each having 3 stages. Cycle 1 is concerned with activities which precede any decision whilst Cycle 2 deals with the resulting outcomes which follow the actual decision.
