Evaluation of ACF’s Humanitarian Response to the Post-Election Crisis in the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire

ACF mobilized an emergency response to aid the victims of political and ethnic violence, which caused large scale internal and external displacement in early April 2011. With the arrival of a surge support team of specialized staff from the emergency pool of ACF Headquarters (HQ). Seven projects were developed on the basis of rapid assessments and consultations with key stake holders in western RCI – specifically in the regions of Moyen Cavally and 18 Montagnes.
