Geraldine Platten

Geraldine is ALNAP’s Head of Communications. She is responsible for leading the communications team in the development and delivery of ALNAP’s communications strategy – ensuring we reach diverse audiences and enable the uptake of knowledge and learning that ultimately leads to improved humanitarian performance.

Geraldine brings over 20 years of experience of delivering successful communications campaigns including High Speed 2, the John Innes Centre and The Sainsbury Laboratory, the UK’s Department for International Development (DFID), Department for Education and Skills (DFES) and Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA).
